Special Categories of Data

We do process child data at times where Child Trust Funds or Junior ISAs are involved. In any such contracts child data are collected and signed for by a parent or other legal guardian. We also process a limited amount of data regarding criminal convictions, however we do not retain detailed information safe for the fact that the individual does or does not have a criminal record. Under current legislation, it is a legal requirement to perform such checks.
